Thinking of booking a holiday? What is the situation regarding Covid-19?

We recognise that the situation regarding Covid-19 is unpredictable and that things may change.

Please rest assured if your holiday arrangements cannot go ahead due to the advice from the UK’s Foreign & Commonwealth Office regarding Covid-19, customers will be able to rebook for 2021 without fees to amend your booking.

What about cleaning?

Providing a safe and clean property for your holiday has always been one of the highest priorities, which is reflected in our enhanced cleaning procedure.  

Our cleaners will be wearing gloves and facemasks. We will be paying special attention to sanitise high-touch areas such as door handles, security boxes, light switches, remote controls, armrests, white goods, toilets, sunbeds and clothes hangers. 

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes, please make sure that you have travel insurance! This should cover you if you have to cancel or cut short your trip in an emergency if you have lost bags or theft, or if you experience other difficulties, related or unrelated to COVID-19. Please check with your insurer and the latest online guidance regarding what is covered relating to Covid-19.
